Privacy policy and data protection notice (KVKK / GDPR)

This notice explains how GP Robotic ("we") processes personal data when you use gprobotic.com, send a message, or request a quote. It is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

• Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, company, country, your message and the robots in your quote list.
• Dealer applications: company details, website, business type and expected volumes.
• Data stored in your browser: your language choice, your quote list and your cookie choice. These stay on your device.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number and your message.

Tools on this website and your data

• Forms: contact, quote and dealer forms reach us through a form service provider if one is configured, otherwise through the email app on your device.
• WhatsApp button: clicking it opens WhatsApp (Meta) with a ready-made message containing the name and link of the page you are on. You send the message yourself, and the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
• Order tracking: your order code and name are not sent to our server. Your browser turns them into a one-way digest (SHA-256) and compares it with a list of digests published on the site, which contains no names.
• Configurator photo: the photo you choose to see a robot in your own space is processed only in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers and is discarded when you leave the page.
• Dealer quote tool: a summary of what you enter is created on your device and only reaches us if you send it by email or WhatsApp.
• Fonts: on the Chinese and Japanese pages, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. In all other languages, fonts come from our own server.

Why we process it and on which legal basis

• To answer your message and prepare your quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To deliver, install and support products you buy: performance of a contract.
• To meet legal duties such as invoicing and record keeping: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To measure and improve the website: your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with service providers that host the website or deliver email and forms, with carriers and installation partners for your order, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye; we do so in line with KVKK Art. 9 and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose above and for the periods required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you can ask whether we process your data, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and request compensation for unlawful processing. Write to info@gprobotic.com. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

Cookie policy

We use storage in your browser that the site needs to work: your language choice, your quote list and your cookie choice. This storage does not track you across other websites.

If you select "Accept all", we may also load analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not load analytics if you choose "Necessary only". You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Terms of use

• Product information, images and specifications on this website are for general information. They can change, and they are not an offer. Binding prices, specifications and lead times are stated in your written quote.
• Product images show 3D illustrations and may differ from the delivered product.
• Texts, images, 3D models and the GP Robotic brand on this website may not be copied or used without our permission.
• We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.
• When online payment is enabled, the pre-information form and distance sales agreement required by Turkish law will apply to online orders.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
