01How do I know which robot suits me?
Share the task, payload, required reach and target cycle time. Use the configurator for a pre-selection or ask for a survey; we'll define the right class of robot and the layout together.
02Can cobots work without a safety fence?
Cobots can share the workspace with people when a risk assessment allows it. The assessment depends on the application, tooling and part; extra safety measures such as scanners or light curtains are added when needed.
03Are installation and training included in the quote?
Installation, commissioning and training are listed as separate items in every written quote. Supply-only is also possible if that's what you need.
04Do you deliver outside Türkiye?
Yes. Delivery, documentation and installation options per product and country are stated in the quote.
05How do warranty and service work?
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we manage the warranty process on your behalf. We also offer spare parts, maintenance contracts and remote support.
06Why can't I see prices on the site?
A robot's price depends on the model, gripper, safety equipment, installation and training scope. Send your quote list and we'll reply with a written price for your case.
